Acceptance

By installing or using Dark Edge Radio you accept these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app.

Radio service

The app provides access to the Dark Edge Radio stream and information. Programming, tracks, metadata, quality and availability may change without prior notice.

Content rights

Music, artwork, trademarks and broadcast materials belong to their respective owners. The app does not grant a right to copy, redistribute or separately exploit the stream.

Internet and charges

Playback uses data. Users are responsible for connectivity, mobile charges, roaming and choosing an appropriate stream quality.

External devices

Google Cast, Android Auto, Denon HEOS and other integrations depend on third-party services and devices with their own terms, compatibility and updates.

Alarm

The alarm feature is a convenience tool and depends on volume, battery, permissions and the operating system. Do not rely on it as the sole mechanism for critical situations.

Availability and liability

Continuous playback is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Dot Design is not liable for stream outages, third-party unavailability or data charges.

Updates

The app and terms may be updated for features, compatibility, security or legal requirements. The current version remains published here.
