Acceptance of services
The services available through dotdesign.ro are provided by Dot Design Web S.R.L. (hereinafter “dot.design”) exclusively to people and organisations that agree to the terms and conditions below.
Permitted use
The user agrees that dot.design authorises them only to view and/or keep a copy of pages from this website strictly for personal use and that they will not otherwise duplicate, download, publish, modify or distribute the material on this website. The content and software on this website are owned by dot.design and/or its suppliers and are protected by Romanian and international copyright laws.
Description of services
dot.design mainly provides professional web and email hosting services to Romanian and international companies. The main hosting types are shared, dedicated and VPS hosting. In addition, dot.design provides system-administration services, server setup and other IT services such as local-network configuration and IT-purchasing advice.
Refund policy
As a dot.design customer, you benefit from an unconditional 15-day guarantee. The 15-day guarantee applies to all hosting services and may be claimed only during the first 15 days of the contract.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the services provided by dot.design during this period, you may request a refund in writing at contact@dotdesign.ro. The following services are not covered by the 15-day guarantee:
- Fees paid for optional or non-standard services.
- Fees paid for contract renewals and/or upgrades to existing contracts.
- Fees paid to activate dedicated servers, VPS and colocation services (setup and installation fees).
- Monthly subscriptions paid for dedicated servers, VPS and colocation services.
Amounts covered by the 15-day guarantee are returned in full within no more than 30 days from your request.
Service delivery policy
dot.design services will be activated within one hour after our bank confirms payment. This does not apply to setups governed by contractual agreements other than the standard one-hour delivery term.
Final conditions
dot.design reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
dot.design may choose to stop providing the offered services at any time.
Intellectual property rights
Nothing on this website shall be considered to grant any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on it. Improper use of the trademarks displayed on this website, or in any other context on this website, is strictly prohibited. dot.design will actively exercise its intellectual-property rights in all matters protected by law.
